Who survives in Cabin Fever? ›

Jeff, who has been hiding out and drinking in the woods, returns to the cabin the next day. Initially crying after seeing the remains of his friends, he becomes ecstatic upon realizing that he is the only survivor.

Cassie, John, and Alex watch the carnage in horror. Winston is picked up by his cousin Herman, ready to leave town. Alex discovers he is infected with necrotizing fasciitis and stays behind. John shows signs of the infection and lets Cassie amputate his hand to stop it.

Overall, this is a shallow remake of a bad, low budget horror film from 2002. If you've never seen Cabin Fever but plan on watching it, I'd go with the original, as it is the better of the two.
